Spring Green Wedding Invitations

It’s the first day of Spring (HOORAY!!) and I couldn’t think of a more appropriate day to share these Spring Green Wedding Invitations with you!

Allison and Jeffrey wanted a minimal, modern design for their letterpress wedding invitations for their weekend wedding in May at The Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia. Clover Green would be their main color paired with bold fonts and the occasional scroll design. Enjoy the photos!

We printed her invitations on luxurious Crane’s Lettra paper with Black and Clover Green ink on Mia, our 1893 Chandler & Price platen press. You can read more about her here.

Here is what Allison had to say about her experience: “I worked with Dinglewood Design and Press on an invitation suite for my wedding. Christy worked with me over the course of a few months to custom design letter-pressed invitations, event cards, and thank you notes, all of which turned out beautifully. The detail and and final products were much better than I could have imagined! Christy took the lead on design, of course, but listed carefully to what I wanted and looked at other samples I liked. Because we custom designed the suite, I was constantly in touch with her via phone or email—sometimes multiple times a day. Christy was very responsive, and typically got back to me within minutes of an email. She was also very patient with my various ideas and gave such wonderful, creative advice.
