Your purchase includes the rights for use on your selected stationery paper purchased through Dinglewood Design and Letterpress LLC. There will be no additional charge for use of the sketch on any other wedding materials produced by Dinglewood Design and Letterpress LLC or other personal use stationery purchased through Dinglewood Design and Letterpress LLC but the sketch will NOT be made available as an individual file for your own use at any point unless licensing was negotiated and approved PRIOR to booking. The copyright for this design (and all our designs) automatically remain with Dinglewood Design and Letterpress LLC in accordance with federal copyright law. Any use of the sketch without express written permission by Dinglewood Design and Letterpress LLC is strictly prohibited and would be in violation of federal copyright law (Chapter 17, Section 201-02, of the United States Code).
