Romantic Glam Letterpress Wedding Invitations

This romantic glam letterpress wedding invitation suite was originally created for my own wedding back in 2012.

I wanted to incorporate a blend of readable fonts, both serif and script with a romantic ampersand marrying our names together. Our invitations were not only a hit at our wedding, but when Bernadette saw them she fell in love with them as well.

 Bernadette & Daniel’s wedding would be very traditional, classy & romantic in theme. They were having an outdoor wedding at the beautiful Tuscan-inspired Club at Bella Collina in Montverde, Fl.  She envisioned their wedding to be very “classical-glamorous” with gold, white and ivory as their main wedding colors. For their invitations Bernadette believed in the beauty of simplicity while invoking a sense of glamour and class. She was also in need of an invitation design that would fit her long name. (23 letters!) Because this script font is so easy to read I knew this design would fit the bill.

 We printed her invitations on luxurious Crane’s Lettra paper with Gold ink on Mia, our 1893 Chandler & Price platen press. You can read more about her here.
