Rustic Letterpress Wedding Invitations

Samantha and Mark were married this past October in Alexander City, Alabama.  The venue, The Stables at Russell Crossroads, was near Lake Martin with a stunning barn to hold the nights festivities. Since the venue was outdoors with a large barn, we wanted to keep it feminine but with a rustic touch. We used lace for the save the dates and a swirly border for the main invitations. The invitation colors were persimmon red, tan and chocolate. Since Lake Martin can be difficult to navigate through, we included a hand-drawn map for directions to the venue. They were mailed in kraft envelopes and the invitations included a luxurious ivory envelope liner. Enjoy the pictures!

 These invitations were printed on Crane’s Lettra paper with persimmon and chocolate ink.

All of our invitations are letterpress printed on Mia, our 1893 Chandler & Price platen press.
